The NFL announced today that it will host its annual game of “Kuk Sports” at the Rose Bowl.
The event, which takes place this Saturday, will feature speeches from several of the league’s most prominent voices in sports and entertainment.
The speeches will be delivered by ESPN’s Mike Tirico, who is also the host of the annual “College Football GameDay” show on ESPN, as well as the commissioner of the International Football Association Board of Governors, David Bernstein.
“This year’s kickoff is a great way to welcome the new season and celebrate the greatness of our sport, and it will serve as an opportunity for us to show our commitment to the sport,” NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said in a statement.
“It will be a fantastic day to showcase the sport, its players and its fans around the world, and we look forward to celebrating the games that will unfold in this unique environment.”
The game will begin at 9:00 a.m.
ET and will be televised on ESPN.
Tickets for the kickoff are priced at $70 for individuals and $110 for a group.
Tickets for the game will go on sale Friday.
The Rose Bowl will host the first NFL football game of the year on Sunday, January 15, with the Los Angeles Rams hosting the New Orleans Saints at 3:05 p.m., ET.
